Payment
Every band gets paid something, no one plays for free. I do not take any profit from the door receipts. The main costs each year are associated with advertising, paying travel for the out of town bands, and the costs of booking the bigger draw bands. I will pay you via payal or venmo after the gig.
Merch
You can bring merch and you keep 100% of the sales of your merch. It can get crowded in the bar, so it's not always convenient to sell merch at an SPPF. This is up to you!
Guest Lists
Every band member gets in free all weekend. Because you RULE!
However, with 5 bands per night, and an average of 4 members per band, this means 60 people get in free each night to a room with a capacity of 150. If every band had an extra 5 guests, that would be 85 guests in a room with a capacity of 150! So that I can have a hope of breaking even, there are no guest lists.
What Night Am I Playing
I work this out based on trying to create balanced sets based on draw and travel consideration. You are welcome to ask other bands to trade nights with you. Not everybody can play right before the biggest draw band of the weekend. =)
